Roxy's Chocolate Mask

It’s been fun creating these chocolates in my kitchen
experimenting with what chocolate works best and tastes great.
I have been excited to try these out since I first received
a mold back from making my bronzes. The molds are made out
of a flexible material that can handle the heat of the hot
wax they use to form the bronze. I pour a high quality Belgian
chocolate into these same sculpture molds. And there you
have it....an edible Roxy sculpture.
These chocolates come packaged in really nice gift boxes
and should arrive in perfect condition but they will melt
easily if left in a hot car or in the direct sun.
