I
decided to approach this project for the Civic Center using
images associated with the word community. What came to me
was a picture of an extended family surrounding a mother holding
her baby. I believe it is this type of extended family supporting
each other and working together that created Santa Fe 500 years
ago. The continued strength of these family bonds will determine
the health of our community as it moves forward.
